Refund policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer a no question asked 14 days return policy. Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intention to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued, once we have received the item back in an unused condition, and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging.
The above does not apply to special order items.
When returning your order, please ensure you pack it carefully and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved (after inspecting the returned product) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pantheraperformancesupplies.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Unless the item is not fit for purpose, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, we will not be able to refund your return postage under any circumstances.
