This ad is for a set of uprated lowered/stiffened springs for the 2006-on aluminium bodied Jaguar XK and XK-R 4.2 models.
These springs are manufactured by the leading UK specialist spring manufacturer with unsurpassed experience in producing uprated springs for Jaguar models. They are produced to be about 25mm lower when new than standard ride height, and uprated by about 15-20%. Dampers do not need to be changed.
These springs were developed to give the best real-world compromise between uprated handling, looks, practicality and comfort. I had similar specification springs on my own XKR for several years. This spring set will make the car look much better for a lower and more level stance, with less arch gap (but no clearance problems with standard or factory option wheels and tyres), and feel sharper on a spirited drive, but will still have a luxury Jaguar ride.de.
